SUMMARY:Homeschoolers: Theatre Production Workshop (ages 8-18)
DESCRIPTION:Theatre Production Workshop\nHomeschool Edition\nThrough theatre production workshops students gain experience and knowledge in acting techniques\, improvisation\, characterization\, movement\, props\, scenery\, and much more. These workshops conclude with a final performance on our main stage. In production workshops\, teamwork is a major focus and all participants are guaranteed a role. We encourage students with all levels of experience to attend. * NOTE: Production Workshop show titles are subject to change due to cast size and requirements. \n  \nNorth Pole’s Got Talent!\nIt’s just days before Christmas at Santa’s Workshop\, and there’s still lots of work to be done — like getting the elves and reindeer in the proper holiday spirit with song\, dance\, and big belly laughs! Elf hosts Holly Daze and Mistletoe Merryman welcome judges Mrs. Claus\, the pun-loving Ruby the Red-Lipped Reindeer\, and Old St. Nick himself to judge the talent show in this reality TV spoof. Contestants Jack Frost and Snow Queen get a chilly reception at first\, but even they can’t take the warmth and good spirit out of this friendly competition! \n  \nAGES: 8-18 \nWHEN: 1:30-3:30 p.m. Thursdays\, September 24-December 3 (no class Nov. 26). Show: 6:30 p.m. December 3\, 2026 \nTUITION: $300 (must have current 26/27 Annual Registration) + processing fee \nYour tuition includes: \n\nTuition fee\nProduction script\nCTA workshop t-shirt ($15 value)\nDirection / instruction from trained and experienced artistic team\nSets\, props\, sounds\, stage mics\, and lights for final performance\n10 weeks / 2 hours per week of instruction\, dress rehearsal\, and 1 live performance\nComplimentary admission for friends and family to attend the final performance\n\nNOTE: Individual costumes will be the responsibility of the actor. She has performed on many stages and has been teaching voice\, drama & dance for the past 15 years. \n  \n***************************************************** \nANNUAL REGISTRATION POLICY: All participants must pay an annual registration fee ($20 for one or more students within the same family) to participate in a workshop/camp.
