DESCRIPTION:BEFORE CARE (Monday-Friday): CTA will provide a safe and supervised environment for students before the standard camp day begins (9:00-10:00 a.m.) Featuring quiet activities like reading\, drawing\, theatre games\, or activity sheets to ease campers into the day. \n\nCTA will not provide food or drink due to individual allergies / nutritional requirements.\nThis option is ONLY available for one-week summer camps (Wee Kids Cabaret\, Broadway Kids Spectacular\, and Teen Broadway Revue)\n\n——————————————————————— \n  \nAFTER CARE (Monday-Thursday): CTA will provide a safe\, supervised\, and engaging environment for students for one (1) hour after the standard camp day ends. Activities include: arts & crafts\, karaoke\, theatre games\, movie (appropriately rated)\, activity sheets\, supervised play time in the field or at the playground (weather permitting.) \n\nParents are responsible for providing any sun screen/block and/or bug repellent.\nParents must supply a healthy snack. DESCRIPTION:Stage & Tech Summer Camp 2 (ages 12-18)\nThis camp offers a hands-on study to students interested in the backstage world of theater. Led by our Technical Director\, students will work on: \n\nScenic design (allocating set pieces\, set construction\, and painting)\,\nProps (allocating & making if necessary)\,\nLearning the basics of light and sound\,\nLearning the basics of stage crew & stage management.\n\nPlus students will work jobs in the tech booths and/or backstage during tech rehearsals and two live performances. \n  \nLunch & Snacks: Students must bring a healthy lunch + two snacks each day. Bring a water bottle with your child’s name on it. NO glass bottles. \n  \nAppearance: Students are required to wear black pants or shorts\, a black top (t-shirt\, leotard\, or tank top)\, and black shoes or sneakers secured with laces or velcro. No open-toe shoes\, flip-flops\, sandals\, or crocs. Clothing must be appropriate for movement. (ex: carrying items\, climbing\, crawling\, standing).
